300 foot wide beach, bike path, and beautifully
landscaped green belt area. The fun starts
in your condo or on your balcony where you
can observe the activities in the Atlantic
Ocean, and on the beach, boardwalk, and bike
path. Walking, swimming, sun bathing, sand
castle building, roller blading, bicycling,
and people watching are all available just
outside your door. Many excellent restaurants
are within easy walking distance or a brief
trolley ride from Dolphin Run. Many shops and
restaurants line Atlantic Avenue.
During the season, the City of Virginia Beach
provides free entertainment at several venues
along the boardwalk and on Atlantic Avenue. A
